Job Description
Position: Lead the Replenishment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. Responsibilities Lead the Replenishment team to ensure excellent product availability. Strategically oversee stock management, including product rotation and quality checks. Enhance the customer shopping experience through appealing stock displays. Ensure optimal stock presentation and replenishment: conduct regular shop floor walks to prioritize, rotate, and present stock to the highest standards, focusing on essentials, promotions, and fresh food. Collaborate for seamless product availability: partner with the Availability Leader to align on fill requirements, preventing gaps and lost sales. Guide and support team operations: provide clear direction to SOS and other teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Drive continuous improvement: resolve escalated process issues and conduct regular health checks to identify and implement operational improvements. Contribute to store leadership and team collaboration: step in as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections. Qualifications Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to build collaborative partnerships across functions and with stakeholders. Effective team leadership: leading teams, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, providing coaching, constructive feedback, and motivation. Excellent communication: ability to articulate tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and performance standards clearly. Data‑driven and accountable: interpret insights and action data, demonstrating a strong commitment to responsibility and accountability for timely and accurate delivery of work. Values‑aligned behavior: actions consistently reflect integrity and dedication aligned with company values. Availability for four weekend shifts per month, including at least one Saturday, one Sunday, and at least one evening each week (until store closure).
