The Salvation Army New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga & Samoa is seeking a proactive Team Leader to motivate and coach staff and volunteers across the Manukau store, driving sales and ensuring high standards in pricing and presentation. The role works with the Area Manager as part of a senior operational team to implement strategic directives.
