About the Team You will be part of the Regulatory Assurance team within Operations, working closely with Operational leaders and teams. The team focuses on ensuring consistent, high‑quality operational practice by developing and embedding clear guidance, processes and tools across WorkSafe. About the Role As a Practice / Process Implementation Advisor, you will support how operational policy and practice comes to life across WorkSafe. You will work closely with leaders, subject matter experts and frontline teams to develop clear, practical guidance and support the implementation of consistent ways of working. What You’ll Do Develop practical operational guidance, templates and practice documents. Translate policy and legislation into clear frontline processes. Support implementation of new and improved ways of working. Partner with leaders, Legal and Policy to ensure consistency and accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve practice quality and consistency. Provide insights and advice to support operational decision‑making. What You’ll Bring Strong operational knowledge and understanding of frontline practice. Experience translating complex information into practical guidance. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to build relationships and work across teams. Experience supporting implementation of change or new processes. Good judgement and curiosity to ask questions and improve outcomes. Confidence using M365 tools to develop and manage documents. Salary The expected appointment base salary is $83,137 – $91,571. KiwiSaver employer contributions are additional; from 1April2026 the KiwiSaver contribution increased to 3.5%.
