Job Description
Senior Finance Administrator – Overview Join our Finance team as a Senior Finance Administrator, where you'll bring your strong financial administration experience, keen eye for detail, and proactive approach to supporting a high-performing function. Take the lead on end-to-end finance administration, ensuring accuracy and seamless financial operations across the business. Flexible working arrangements and a strong commitment to work‑life balance. Key Responsibilities Lead transaction oversight of finance operations and end‑to‑end processing of payroll. Ensure systems and processes operate efficiently, with support from other team members. Ensure timely vendor payments, manage bank receivables accurately, and maintain positive relationships with customers. Provide financial operational and reconciliation support and ensure processing and reporting deadlines are met. About You – Qualifications 5+ years of financial operations and/or payroll experience. Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, workflow. Understanding of accounting concepts and GST requirements for tax invoices. Experience interpreting remuneration data in a payroll system. Intermediate Excel skills. Experience with TechnologyOne (CiAnywhere) and/or Datapay is an advantage.
