We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bonds Manawa Bay Outlet. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work days, nights and weekends across Monday–Sunday. Key Responsibilities A genuine passion for retail and customer service – creating memorable and empowering experiences for every customer. Confidence to use your initiative – proactive, supportive, and ready to jump in before being asked. Clear, positive, and approachable communication skills – bringing energy to every interaction and creating a welcoming in‑store experience. Flexibility – availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to support the team when needed. Qualifications and Skills Previous fashion retail experience is great, but not essential.
