Duty Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable 3 Duty Managers to join our team at a busy bar in Wellington. These are a full-time permanent position offering.

• Oversee daily bar customer service
\n
• Ensure compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act
\n
• Manage staff during shifts and provide leadership
\n
• EFTPOS and daily reconciliations
\n
• Monitor responsible service of alcohol practices
\n
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
\n
• Assist with stock control and ordering
\n
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
\n
• Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures and service standards across the business.
\n
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns, events and marketing activities to attract and retain customers.
\n

\n
• Duty Manager Certificate Or Relevant Bachelor degree ( any one from Both)
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
\n
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
\n
• Honest, reliable and able to work independently
\n
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
\n

• Full-time permanent employment
\n
• Minimum 30 hours Per week
\n
• pay rate of $25–$26per hour
\n
