About the Role Clinical Administration Support, Nelson Hospital, fixed-term (6 months) full time. As Clinical Administration Support you will apply your attention to detail, skills for data management and accuracy to support our clinical staff in accessing vital patient clinical content which saves lives and improves the patient care journey. This role involves producing accurate records and assisting patients and staff with queries as well as general administrative duties as may be needed. Working Hours Fixed-term, full time role for up to 6 months, 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Hours to be discussed. Responsibilities Produce accurate records. Assist patients and staff with queries. Perform general administrative duties as required. Coordinate schedules and manage documentation to support clinical teams. Qualifications & Skills Bright, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering consistently high level of customer service. Competent typist with sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Highly empathetic, respectful of patient confidentiality and able to manage a busy workload. Medical terminology knowledge is an advantage but not essential. Required to undertake a computer skills assessment. Eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
