Job Description
Job Overview Customer Service and Relationships Manager – LOTUS INVESTMENTS, Auckland City, New Zealand. Position: Full-time, on-site, minimum 35 hours per week. Responsibilities Ensure customer needs are met and provide excellent service across the organization. Measure customer satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and implement service enhancements. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise staff, teaching correct service procedures. Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service. Manage patient communication and maintain client satisfaction. Safeguard assets, including personnel, building, fixtures, equipment, stock, and cash, and enforce safety and fire precautions. Process inventory for fleet and equipment, ensuring stock availability and compliance with lead‑time goals. Create and manage solutions for inventory capacity issues and continual improvement initiatives. Coordinate and prioritize work orders and verify individual performance using tracking systems. Analyze sales leads and prospects, coordinate development of action plans to enter new markets. Provide timely feedback to senior management on team performance and service delivery. Maintain contact with customers in the market area to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers with product/service advice and support sales activities such as prospecting calls, appointments, proposals, and closes. Authorize additional services to clients when appropriate and maintain proper documentation. Assist in developing and recommending sales and marketing programs and set short‑ and long‑term strategies. Develop and maintain business contacts, ensuring brand integrity and growth. Implement procedures to evaluate and select suppliers and assist in ordering stock and supplies. Organize, control, and train other staff as required. Identify opportunities to reuse or recycle materials, minimize consumption, and convert waste to by‑products. Prepare shift schedules and enforce compliance to avoid conflicts among workers. Inspect work equipment, identify shortages or damages, and update management for timely resolution. Place orders for new equipment and inspect delivery for quality and quantity. Resolve worker conflicts and ensure fair treatment. Maintain accurate records of worker performance and payments, ensuring timely compensation. Ensure compliance with government legislation, policies, and procedures. Arrange for regular testing of health and safety equipment. Perform any related tasks assigned by the employer/owner in writing. Qualifications Relevant Diploma level qualification OR minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role. Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and develop staff. Experience with inventory management, safety protocols, and compliance. Ability to analyze data, set goals, and implement improvement initiatives. Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
