We're looking for an experienced Intermediate Account Manager & Project Manager (3 - 5 years' experience) who can build trusted client relationships, lead successful project delivery, and help our customers turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes. What You'll Be Doing You'll become a trusted advisor to our clients while leading the successful delivery of data and AI initiatives. Build Strong Client Partnerships Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand client goals and identify opportunities where data and AI can drive value. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client experiences. Support account growth through trusted advice and strategic engagement. Lead Successful Project Delivery Manage data, analytics, and AI projects from discovery through to delivery. Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Work With Leading Data & AI Experts Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Analysts. Facilitate workshops and translate business challenges into actionable outcomes. Help bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Contribute to continuously improving how we deliver value to our customers. What We're Looking For 3 - 5 years' experience in Account Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role. Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills. An interest in data, analytics, AI, or technology consulting. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with Agile delivery approaches and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Trello. A growth mindset, positive attitude, and passion for solving customer challenges. A commitment to continuous learning and personal development. Auckland-based and able to meet with clients when required. Work on exciting projects across multiple industries.
