Fusion5 is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Customer Success team in New Zealand. You will support service delivery for allocated customers, co-ordinate work orders and smaller projects, and keep customers updated with reliable follow-through. You will own admin and reporting rhythms, including invoicing, renewals, and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
