We're looking for a highlyorganised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Albany basedSupport Centre team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to play akey role in delivering projects that directly impact our stores, customers andbusiness performance across New Zealand. Working alongside experienced projectleaders, you'll help coordinate significant initiatives including new storeopenings, ownership transitions and strategic store change programmes. What You'll Be Doing Coordinating project activities,timelines, milestones and action plans Supporting delivery of store changeinitiatives, including new stores and change of ownership projects Managing project documentation,reporting, dashboards and governance updates Tracking risks, dependencies and keyactions to ensure delivery stays on course Supporting communication and engagementacross Support Centre teams, stores and external partners Preparing project updates, meetingoutcomes and delivery insights for stakeholders Ensuring project teams have clearvisibility of priorities, progress and next steps. What We're Looking For You'll be someone who thrives ina fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order and structure to complexprojects. Previous project coordination experiencewithin a complex business environment Exceptional organisational skills andattention to detail The ability to manage multiple prioritiesand competing deadlines Confidence working across different teamsand functions Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills Experience using Microsoft Office,particularly Excel An understanding of project delivery,governance and business change environments.
