The Warehouse is seeking a Customer Service Team Member for our in-store desk in Alexandra, Otago. The role requires handling customer inquiries and processing returns, exchanges and refunds, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. You will also assist with loss prevention, security measures, and supporting checkout operations to keep transactions smooth and efficient.
