About the role Freight Handler – Invercargill Shift: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm We’re looking for a Freight Handler to join our Invercargill branch. This role offers variety in your day, mixing driving and sorting freight. No two days are the same – fast‑paced, physical work where teamwork is key. Key duties Load and unload freight safely by hand, or with forklift when required. Ensure freight is handled without damage. Achieve branch operational objectives by using On‑time to scan freight efficiently. Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe and proficient manner. Maintain good working relationships. Communicate effectively within a team environment. What you will bring Clean Full NZ Class 1 License. Forklift License with OSH cert. Clean Class 2 license – ideal. Dangerous Goods Endorsement – ideal. Customer‑focused attitude. Communication and teamwork skills. Experience driving on New Zealand roads. Ōu Pūkenga? (as applicable).
