Whether your background is in building, plumbing, concrete pumping or another trade, we'll provide the specialised training to help you build a rewarding career with an industry leader. About the Role As a field Technician, you'll work alongside experienced crews delivering Mainmark's innovative ground engineering technologies across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Raising, re-levelling and re-supporting homes, buildings, bridges, roads and other structures using Mainmark's specialised technologies. Operating equipment and carrying out field-based construction activities safely and efficiently. Working closely with customers, project managers and team members to deliver successful project outcomes. Providing exceptional customer service throughout each project. Following safe work practices and contributing to a strong safety culture. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. About You We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. You'll ideally have: Previous experience in a construction trade. The ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. The ability to follow procedures and work effectively under pressure. A strong commitment to safety. Flexibility to travel when required.
