Shift Details: Sunday - Wednesday roster Onsite permanent role 1.30pm - 12.00am About the Role We are looking for a systems and operations professional to actively promote innovation and continuous improvement within the systems team and wider DC business by challenging current systems and processes. Support DC in delivering to stores in full, on time and error free. Manage and maintain product layout in the system to maintain family grouping. Manage recalls & withdrawals. Manage damages within the warehouse, working with operations team to identify and resolve root causes of issues. Support the operations team to resolve any inventory queries. Work closely with Operational Teams to identify and implement ways to increase productivity. Lead project work to implement improvements to the AURDC’s pick paths, working with key stakeholders from across the DC as well as relevant national and external stakeholders. Report on slot utilisation for Ambient. Onsite permanent role with base hours Sunday - Wednesday. About You Experience within a large supply chain environment. Understanding of relevant systems including Blue Yonder, WMS and how they relate to warehouse operations. Ability to systematically and logically work through issues in a timely manner. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially running reports and database queries using Access and Excel). A passion for problem solving in complex situations and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and self‑driven. Strong team player, willing to pitch in when required.
