Customer Liaison Consultant – Tauranga Centre We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Liaison Consultant to join our Tauranga Centre. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the friendly first point of contact, creating positive experiences for every customer who walks through the doors. Determine customers' needs, assist with straightforward matters, and support NZTA/Waka Kotahi processes. Usher members and customers to the correct counters and manage visitor flow and queues. Part‑time role: 21 hours per week. Roster – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10:00am‑2:00pm; Tuesday: 8:30am‑2:00pm. About You Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and helping people find the right solutions. Previous retail and/or sales experience; confident working towards sales targets in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude, plentiful energy, and willingness to learn; a team player who enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences.
