You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, medication support, and welfare checks—no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person‑centred support in people’s homes, being mindful of what matters most to them, including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
