An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Associate to join a well-established and highly regarded Nelson law firm. The practice has a loyal client base built over many years and is known for providing practical, relationship focused advice to individuals, families, and businesses across the region. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in leading the team, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the firm's ongoing success. The Opportunity This is a broad general practice role with a strong emphasis on trusts, estates, and succession planning . You will work closely with long standing clients while also advising across a variety of matters, including: Trusts, estate planning, wills, and enduring powers of attorney Estate administration Residential and commercial property transactions Relationship property matters Rural and asset planning matters, depending on your experience and interests There is plenty of scope to continue developing your own practice while working alongside experienced Partners who are committed to supporting your progression towards Partnership.
