Architectural Designer - Interiors

This established project advisory and delivery consultancy partners with clients to successfully deliver projects across the built environment. Offering expertise from early planning and design coordination through to procurement, construction oversight and project completion, the team works across a broad range of commercial, industrial, retail and development projects. Role This role would suit someone currently working within an architectural practice in a hybrid architecture/interiors capacity who is looking to transition into a more interiors-focused position. It would also be well suited to a candidate from an interior fit-out or workplace design company. Lead the design and delivery of commercial, workplace, hospitality and retail projects from concept through to completion including site observation. Develop creative design concepts and presentation material aligned with client objectives. Manage projects through all design phases, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating workshops, presentations and ongoing stakeholder engagement. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers to deliver integrated design solutions. Review and maintain drawing quality, specifications and documentation standards. Manage FF&E schedules, procurement coordination and supplier relationships where required. Requirements Previous NZ interior design experience is a must. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to run a project from start to finish and have client contact. Working across a range of sectors including workplace, retail and hospitality. Ability to produce renders using Enscape. Strong portfolio showcasing design and documentation skills. Being able to work autonomously with the support of the other studios for documentation. Work within a fast paced environment.
