As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects. You will prepare, plan, execute, and control all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team. Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors), and managing the project stakeholders (internal and external). This role is primarily for BMS Projects but may be required to deliver other projects as required by the Business. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule and budget. Produce and maintain appropriate project management documentation. Take charge of project plan including communication, reports, implementation and programme block plan, schedule, control book and meeting agendas. Present overall status of the programme to clients on a monthly basis. Provide regular and accurate estimate of completion costs for individual projects. Implement risk management programs and proactively mitigate risks on a regular basis. Key Experience & Capabilities Tertiary qualifications in Programme or Project Management (highly desirable). Experience in PMBOK methodology, preferable with PMP certification or Prince 2 (highly desirable). Experience in BMS is highly advantageous. Senior Projects Management experience with at least 5 years managing large scale projects in BMS, electronic security, Fire or ICT industry. Managing mission/business critical projects will be an advantage. Manage key interdependencies between own projects and other external factors and elevate issues early. Project management experience including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning. Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
