A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Pega solutions. The role requires strong architecture capability, hands on delivery experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure Pega applications. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements workshops and work with business and technical stakeholders to define solution needs. Design end to end Pega solutions using best practice architecture and reusable design patterns. Provide effort estimates and support delivery planning for Pega initiatives. Define integration approaches for external systems, services, and enterprise platforms. Act as the design authority to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and governance. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues early and drive resolution across the delivery lifecycle. Skills and Experience 7 to10 years of overall technology application development or support experience. 5+ years of hands on Pega design and delivery experience. Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, case management, rules driven design, and enterprise framework solutions. Experience with service oriented architecture, APIs, and integration with enterprise systems. Good understanding of deployment models, runtime architecture, and enterprise environments. Experience delivering solutions on modern Pega Infinity platforms; current Pega platform releases include Infinity '24.1 and later versions such as '25. Preferred Profile Able to work independently and lead solution design discussions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to support delivery teams with governance, quality, and technical leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
