Key Responsibilities Anticipate and attend to guests' needs immediately, offering a warm welcome and farewell as they arrive and depart. Check guests in and out efficiently and in line with hotel procedures, processing daily transactions and accounts accurately. Ensure all accommodation, food, beverage and miscellaneous revenue is properly posted, and all payments are correctly recorded. Complete the night audit process thoroughly and accurately, identifying any discrepancies between revenue and payments. Be totally conversant with the hotel's computer system as it relates to night audit functions, and complete first review of tasks in Tyalls. Respond to guest comments and complaints with tact, diplomacy and urgency. Maintain consistent communication with the Night Manager throughout the shift. Work with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests. Complete all assigned opening and closing duties and maintain a clean, safe working environment. What You'll Bring Previous experience in a Front Office, night audit or hotel accounts role is preferred. Strong numerical and administrative accuracy, with confidence using hotel systems for cashiering and audit functions. A genuine passion for guest service, with the composure to handle the unexpected overnight. The availability to work night shifts on a part‑time basis.
