Chef De Partie (Part Time) - ESS Trentham

Permanent, Full time position + Wellness Plan + EAP Services Competitive Wage + Discounted Goods & Services At Compass Group we have We are looking to build our team at Trentham Military Camp , Wellington and are now looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie . This is a permenant position offers 30 Hours guaranteed hours a week. Responsibilities Will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving top quality meals for our customers. You will need to be able to cook within budget, assist with ordering and menu development as well as ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers through allergen and nutrition management. You will also be assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties. You will be a hardworking, team player who is able to work under pressure with a positive "can-do" attitude. Qualifications You will have demonstrated culinary experience within a large production based environment at a management level and at least 2 years' experience in kitchen leadership. You will have proven ability to lead a team by building a motivated and cohesive unit. Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality. Successful candidates will be able to satisfactorily pass a police clearance. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Benefits Competitive remuneration.
