Locations 76 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, 1060, NZ (Hybrid) Job Schedule Full time Job Description Central Regional Manager - Security The Regional Sales Manager - Security is responsible for driving revenue, gross profit, and margin performance across the Central Region. This role leads and develops a team of Account Managers and Internal Account Managers, focused on delivering Security and Data Solutions to security integrators. You will champion a high-performance sales culture, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure consistent execution of regional sales strategy. Acting as a key link between customers, vendors, and internal teams, you will drive sustainable growth across the region. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue, gross profit, and margin targets. Foster accountability, engagement, and consistent execution of sales strategy. Customer & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key security integrators and strategic customers, while directly managing a small portfolio of priority accounts. Pipeline & Forecasting: Drive disciplined pipeline management, CRM utilisation, and accurate forecasting to ensure visibility and conversion of opportunities. Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver solution‑led outcomes, support product knowledge, and execute regional initiatives. Growth & Opportunity Management: Support the team in identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities, ensuring alignment to regional growth priorities. Market Insights & Strategy: Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform regional strategy and decision‑making. Requirements: Prior professional sales experience in a related industry (3+ years) Experience managing a sales team or sales programs (1+ years) Working knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Understanding of customer service principles, including needs assessment, service delivery, and customer satisfaction Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and adaptability Excellent time management and computer skills Wesco International, Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Wesco”) provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
