Role Description The Associate Salesperson will support the real estate sales team in day‑to‑day activities, including assisting with property listings, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating open homes and viewings. This role involves responding to buyer and seller inquiries, maintaining accurate listing information in company systems, and supporting negotiations and documentation under the guidance of experienced salespeople. The Associate Salesperson will help with market research, comparable sales analysis, and the preparation of sales reports and presentations. The position requires regular communication with clients, branch colleagues, and external service providers to ensure a smooth sales process. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Auckland. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships. Organizational and time‑management abilities, including managing multiple listings, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently. Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and ability to learn new property listing and marketing platforms. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and compliance with real estate regulations. Client service mindset, proactive problem‑solving skills, and a professional, ethical approach to all interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a branch team environment and take direction from senior salespeople. Motivation to develop a career in real estate; a New Zealand real estate license or eligibility to obtain one is highly beneficial.
