Role We have a fantastic opportunity as a Clinical Services Manager at Highfield Lifecare for a healthcare professional with a passion for providing exceptional care, to lead our teams and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and build relationships with key stakeholders. You will ensure residents receive the highest standard of care, promote well-being, and support a better every day. Location: Timaru. Status: Permanent Full-time – 40 hours per week. Salary: Attractive annual salary. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate, ideally with experience in aged care. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships. Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
