About the Role OxfordCommunity Hospital is a 15-bed community facility. Our team providehospital level continuing care of the elderly, palliative care and respite carefor the local community and as part of the wider team of Health New Zealand, TeWhatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury. Youwill contribute to the friendly, cohesive team by providing expert nursing careto the patients and working professionally with all members of the MDT,supported by local on-site leadership and as a valued member of our ruralhealth team. Youwill work as part of a 24/7 roster which involves weekend and night shifts. Please note this role is open only to current staff of Health New Zealand. About You Youwill be an experienced, confident practitioner with exceptional assessmentskills with the ability to work autonomously and lead a small and cohesiveteam. Enthusiastic, motivated, with excellent interpersonalskills and the ability to engage a variety of people, is paramount in thisrole. Excellent communication and time management skills areparamount to your success in this role. You will be passionate towards servicing the communityand giving it your best.
