This is your opportunity to take the lead of a beautifully designed, purpose-built early learning centre in one of Auckland's fastest-growing communities. We're looking for an inspiring Centre Manager who is passionate about people, relationships, and creating exceptional learning environments. With significant residential growth happening throughout Orewa and the surrounding areas, this role offers exciting opportunities to strengthen community connections, promote the centre, and grow enrolments while continuing to deliver outstanding outcomes for tamariki and whānau. About the Role As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and success of the centre. You'll create a positive, collaborative culture where teachers feel supported, children thrive, and families feel genuinely connected. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends people leadership, operational management, educational excellence, and community engagement. You'll be empowered to: Lead, mentor and inspire a passionate teaching team Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing centre culture Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community Promote the centre and develop strong local partnerships Drive occupancy growth through exceptional family experiences and community engagement Ensure the delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning programmes aligned with Te Whāriki Support teacher growth through coaching, mentoring and professional development Oversee centre operations, budgets and staffing Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education licensing requirements and all relevant regulations Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and quality practice Champion continuous improvement and innovation across the centre About You You're an authentic leader who enjoys bringing people together and creating environments where both children and teachers flourish.
