This tailored two-year program gives you practical experience across diverse, live projects. Through four structured one-on-one rotations—including Engineering Design, on-site project experience, and Sustainability or Project Management—you will build technical expertise and professional capability. In just two years, you’ll gain tailored professional development, blending technical training with essential soft skills to fast-track your transition from university to industry. Supported by senior mentors and a dedicated graduate buddy, you'll be guided every step of the way. Our team values different perspectives and encourages you to bring your whole self to work. Disciplines Civil & Structural Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Environmental Engineering Eligibility Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study. Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028). Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation. Responsibilities Translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions for engineering challenges under the guidance of senior engineers. Strengthen technical skills and professional competencies through active participation in project work and design activities. Contribute to project delivery, site operations, and sustainability initiatives during structured rotations. Engage in continuous learning and development to support both individual growth and team objectives. Skills & Requirements Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Adaptable, resilient, and accountable, with a high capacity to learn in fast-paced environments. Curious, innovative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a drive to create impact. Advantageous: Relevant internships or industry experience (project, site, or design exposure). Advantageous: Demonstrated initiative through extracurriculars, leadership, or self‑driven learning.
