Job Description
TTC Global | Australia or New Zealand (flexible, with regular travel across ANZ) | Full-time, Permanent TTC Global is an independent software quality engineering consultancy trusted by enterprises across New Zealand, Australia, the US, Canada, Europe, India, and the Middle East to de-risk complex software delivery. Founded in Auckland in 2005, we take an AI‑first, assurance‑led approach to quality engineering, test automation, continuous testing, digital accessibility, and data testing — helping regulated industries like financial services, insurance, healthcare, and government protect operational continuity. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own marketing for Australia and New Zealand, working hand—in—hand with our regional CEOs and sales teams to build brand presence and generate demand. You’ll also carry a set of global responsibilities where ANZ leads for the whole company — including our worldwide thought leadership programme and brand stewardship for ttcglobal.com. You’ll be one of two Senior Marketing Managers globally, partnering closely with your peer covering the Americas, UK, and India. Regional execution stays local — but campaigns, content, and pipeline reporting are aligned globally. What you’ll own in ANZ Plan and run regional events and sponsorships, from selection through to follow‑up and pipeline attribution Own the ANZ webinar programme end to end — topics, speakers, promotion, and lead handover to sales Run our SAP User Group sponsorship programme end to end Drive partner co‑marketing with technology and alliance partners, including joint and funded campaigns Build regional campaigns and organic social activity that bring TTC’s global positioning to life locally Support key accounts with targeted content, events, and campaigns alongside sales Proof building Turn ANZ client work into credible case studies, managing approvals along the way Maintain our regional library of references, testimonials, and client logos Develop thought leadership content from the ANZ market, drawing on regional experts and client work Manage PR and announcements — client wins, partnerships, appointments, and company news What you’ll own for the global business Thought leadership: coordinate TTC’s global programme, working with subject‑matter experts across all regions, and manage our part\u201text time Content Creator contractor Website, brand & messaging: act as global guardian of ttcglobal.com and our core messaging across every region and channel Sales enablement: own the global library of capability decks, one-pagers, and battle cards Vendor governance: manage the relationship, scope, budget, and performance of our website agency, Your Next Agency What success looks like A predictable flow of qualified ANZ pipeline from events, webinars, partner activity, and campaigns A growing library of ANZ proof points that sales teams actually use Global sales enablement content and thought leadership that regional teams rate as current and useful A website and brand presence that’s consistent, up to date, and well governed About you 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology services, consulting, or enterprise software A proven track record in field marketing and demand generation in the Australian and/or New Zealand market Strong writing and content skills — you can turn a technical delivery story into a case study buyers actually want to read Experience managing external agencies and vendors, including scope, budget, and performance Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and operating with autonomy in a small, hands—on team Working knowledge of HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform) and pipeline reporting A genuine interest in AI and its impact on software quality — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to be credible with a technical audience This role reports to both CEO New Zealand and CEO Australia, with a dotted line to the Group CEO for group‑wide responsibilities. You’ll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager (AMS+UK+IN), our Content Creator contractor, and our website agency. Applicants must possess AU & NZ working rights. No agencies. Close date for applicants 31 July 2026 If you want real ownership of a region’s marketing engine — plus a seat at the table shaping a global brand — we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
