About the Role As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting financial performance across a diverse portfolio of services. Working closely with operational leaders and finance colleagues, you'll provide trusted financial advice, analysis, and reporting that help services make informed decisions and achieve their financial objectives. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, month‑end reporting, financial modelling, and business case development. You'll partner with stakeholders to analyse performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights that support operational and strategic planning. In addition, you'll oversee capital expenditure processes, support asset management activities, and ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and aligned with organisational policies and standards. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, provide guidance on financial processes, and build strong working relationships across Finance and operational teams. About you As a finance professional, you’ll bring strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach to building trusted relationships. A relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in management accounting, business analysis, or a similar finance role. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, month‑end reporting, and performance analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.
