Cobalt is seeking a BDR Manager to lead a distributed outbound team across North America and EMEA, coaching reps and optimizing our AI SDR engine for inbound and outbound playbooks. You'll own hiring, onboarding, ramp plans, and quota setting, while partnering with Growth Marketing to translate ABM priorities into outbound execution.
