Job Description
Mō te tūnga | About the role Join our team as a permanent Assessor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act and Official Information Act by responding to customers who request the information we hold about them. As part of the Customer Information Requests team, you will assess customer files and make informed decisions using a risk‑based approach to provide the right information. You'll communicate effectively with customers, other Oranga Tamariki teams and external agencies. Based in our Ellerslie site in Auckland. Full‑time permanent positions available. You’ll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in continuous learning and development. If you're detail‑oriented and have a strong understanding of privacy legislation, we encourage you to apply. Hybrid working arrangements – office based in Auckland with flexible WFH options.
