Woolworths Independent Contract Driver – Tokoroa A minimum 3‑year contract with Woolworths to provide the delivery function for our valued Woolworths customers. Key Responsibilities Owner‑operator model—run your own stable and profitable business with a strong growth trajectory you can influence through great customer service. New vehicle available for purchase at a preferential price (preferential rates on selected vehicles). Opportunity to run more than one contracted route or operate multiple vehicles to increase earnings. Guaranteed base income with potential to earn more per day. Weekly contract payment structure. Operate 6 days a week, delivering across three delivery cycles per day. Require a relief driver to support safe driving requirements. Engage confidently with stores, diverse customers and provide exceptional service through online deliveries. Ensure orders are loaded safely and efficiently while adhering to all food and safety requirements. Escalate customer issues that cannot be directly resolved to the store or contract managers. Manage your own team, bring staff on board and operate your business effectively. About You Trustworthy, confident and energetic— the face of Woolworths for our online customers. A full, clean driver's licence for the past two years is a must. Good geographical knowledge of the area.
