Wise Group’s Here to help u is hiring a Kaipaihere/Connector in Hamilton. You will be the first real person connecting whānau to community resources, via our portal and phone line, guiding them to free support in their local area. Role includes managing a portfolio of community providers and strengthening partnerships with health and social services, with a flexible 0.6–1.0 FTE arrangement and NZ-based work.
