Group Financial Accountant

About the Role We’re looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join our Mountains side of the business—supporting Cardrona x Treble Cone—within a purpose‑driven organisation that protects New Zealand’s spectacular places. Reporting to the Group Financial Accounting Manager, you will ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls and compliance across these entities, collaborate with colleagues across Cardrona x Treble Cone and the wider RealNZ group, and provide insights to drive better decisions. This role blends technical accounting, problem‑solving, collaboration and continuous improvement, ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver accurate financial reporting and reconciliations for Cardrona x Treble Cone. Support audits, tax compliance and statutory requirements. Help strengthen financial controls and identify process improvements. Partner with the wider Mountains and Finance teams to provide insights and support decision‑making.
