East Clive, Hawke's Bay | School Hours or Full-Time | Fixed Term (Approx. 2.5 Years) Help deliver one of Hawke's Bay's most significant infrastructure projects. We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team on the East Clive Wastewater Outfall Project . Whether you're looking for a full-time role or something that fits around school hours, we're open to finding the right arrangement for the right person. Working alongside the Technical Director, engineers, supervisors and the wider project team, you'll become the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes. No two days will be the same. One day you might be coordinating inductions for new starters, arranging accommodation and travel, or issuing PPE. The next you could be preparing project reports, managing documentation, coordinating site logistics, supporting health and safety compliance, or organising a team morning tea. ABOUT THE ROLE As our Project Administrator you'll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the project, including: Coordinating project documentation, drawings and registers Maintaining project records and electronic filing systems Assisting with weekly client reporting Coordinating new employee onboarding and site inductions Managing training and competency records Issuing and coordinating PPE Organising accommodation, travel and transport Supporting project mobilisation and demobilisation Assisting with health, safety and environmental administration Coordinating the day-to-day operation of the project office Supporting purchase orders, supplier documentation and project administration Providing administrative support across the wider project team ABOUT YOU You'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, can juggle multiple priorities and takes pride in keeping things organised. Ideally you'll have: Previous experience in project administration, office coordination or administration Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure or operational teams (preferred but not essential) Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels A proactive, solutions-focused approach A full Class 1 Driver Licence WHY JOIN SEIPP?
