Auckland City Mission – Te Tāpui Atawhai invites applications for an Outreach Nurse to provide outreach-based care to people experiencing homelessness and hardship across central Auckland. The role blends autonomous practice with a multidisciplinary team including GPs, a Nurse Practitioner, Social Workers, a Health Coach and Housing teams.
