The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our established Nelson team. You will build on our continuing, award‑winning successes and commercially lead and deliver our projects by providing effective and accurate financial quantity surveying services in all technical and contractual aspects of the role. You will have a solid track record working for a main commercial contractor or specialist sub‑contractor with the ability to manage projects of varying complexity and size within the Nelson/Tasman region. The role includes (but is not limited to) project financial management and administration of a variety of building contracts, pre‑construction activities, estimating and tendering, letting and administration of sub‑contractors, variation identification and processing and successful final account negotiations. You must be a team player, who takes personal ownership and responsibility for your results ensuring the best results are achieved. Why work for us?
