Senior Test Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our Innovation and Digital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. About The Role As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative Test and Project Delivery team, working across multiple systems and initiatives to ensure solutions meet business, operational and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to plan, coordinate and execute testing activities, while helping drive a pragmatic and business-focused approach to quality assurance. What You'll Be Doing Planning and coordinating testing across multiple project and delivery initiatives. Developing test plans, scenarios and success criteria. Facilitating business testing activities and supporting SMEs throughout testing phases. Reviewing vendor testing approaches, artefacts and results. Identifying and managing testing risks and quality issues.Collaborating with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs and Delivery Leads to ensure successful outcomes. Providing testing insights, reporting and recommendations to stakeholders. Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing practices and delivery standards. Supporting and mentoring other members of the Test Practice. What You Will Bring You'll be a confident and collaborative testing professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and delivering quality outcomes. We're looking for someone who brings: At least three years' experience as a Senior Test Analyst in complex technology delivery environments. Strong experience across test planning and execution throughout the software development lifecycle. Experience working with SaaS platforms, configuration-driven systems or workflow-based applications. The ability to review and assure vendor testing deliverables and processes. Strong analytical skills and a risk-based approach to testing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience working across Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall delivery environments. Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium and knowledge of the financial services industry would be advantageous.
