New Zealand Government Procurement Graduate Programme 2027 The New Zealand Government Procurement Graduate Programme develops tomorrow's public sector procurement leaders. The 2-year programme starts in February 2027. Placements are available in Tāmaki Makaurau - Auckland and Te Whanganui-a-Tara - Wellington. Program Structure We offer a 2-year programme where you will complete 4 placements of 6 months, each with a procurement team at a different government agency. You’ll need to be either a recent graduate or a student in your final year of study in 2026. Only New Zealand citizens or those who hold permanent residency are eligible for the programme.
