About the Role This pivotal role provides senior clinical leadership within the critical care service, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred pharmacy care in a complex and fast‑paced environment. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, you will lead the optimisation of medicines management for critically ill patients, contributing to improved patient outcomes. You will provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacists, support ongoing service development, and drive quality improvement initiatives, helping to advance pharmacy practice and the safe and effective use of medicines within the service. About you Applicants must hold a current APC with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand. At least 3‑5 years of post‑registration pharmacy experience. Previous experience in critical care and a minimum of 3 years in a hospital or clinical setting. Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy. Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience in mentoring or supervising pharmacists. Current New Zealand driver’s licence.
