Accor Hotels are looking for their next Cluster Reservations Manager! This role will be responsible for the reservations function across four diverse brands and properties. Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cluster Reservations Manager to join our Auckland CBD Hub. This role is pivotal in managing our reservations operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, people-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and productive workplace culture. This role will be responsible for the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour, SO/Auckland, TRIBE Auckland Fort Street, and JO&JOE Auckland reservations functions. A strong and adaptable leader will thrive in this role as they curate tailored guest experiences while seamlessly incorporating our brand storytelling. Key Duties Maintain PMS/GDS systems and any other online RES systems Ensure familiarity with the reservations system, all tiers of the rate structure, occupancy and property features to maximise occupancy at every opportunity Supervision, support and training of Reservations Team Members to ensure standards and procedures are observed to provide a consistent, high level of service for all guest contact Place bookings in rooms to maximise back-to-back bookings. This also includes constant monitoring of room allotments and availability in the short and long term Maintain strong product knowledge – know all products and specials available at the property and properties in the surrounding area Coordinate group bookings at the hotel, attempting to fulfil client requests and special needs where possible with detailed communication to all departments Check manifests and email booking confirmations to ensure they correspond with bookings in the property reservation system Establish, in conjunction with General Managers, financial performance targets for revenue, expenditure and market share and ensure department achieves these targets Develop working plans to meet targets; compare actual achievements against targets periodically; take necessary corrective action if not on target Qualifications Two years’ experience within a multi-property reservations manager or leadership role Sound working knowledge of Opera and/or Opera Cloud property management systems is required.
