easyauto123 Christchurch is a part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer, Eagers Automotive, employing over 8,000 team members across 250 dealerships within Australia & New Zealand. We represent over 33 car brands and 11 truck & bus brands, priding ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience. We're on the search for an energetic Sales Support person with an eye for detail and great time management skills, to work alongside our used vehicle sales teams. You will be managing day to day administration and accounting tasks including raising purchase orders, wholesale vehicle invoicing, processing of deals, stock purchases and transfers, vehicle ordering, general ledger reconciliation’s and change of ownership, to name a few. At all stages you will maintain accuracy and timeliness to ensure we deliver a great customer experience! To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a passion for all things Admin Strong time management and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks High standard of computer literacy, plus an intermediate level understanding of accounting Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and customers A process driven focus, and a ‘can do’ attitude Excellent verbal and communication skills While previous experience in an Automotive environment would be highly regarded, we are also keen to speak with passionate administrators from other industries that may have an interest in cars, and skills that would suit this fast-paced Admin Support role.
