Mo te turanga | About the role

Linfox NZ is seeking a capable and proactive Site Supervisor to support operations at our customer's warehouse in East Tamaki. This role is essential to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, strong communication, and consistent achievement of commercial and operational KPIs.

You'll work closely with customers, carriers, site personnel, and internal Linfox teams to maintain an efficient, safe, and highperforming warehouse environment.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities and liaise with customers and carriers.
  • Manage enquiries and provide timely, professional communication.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting.
  • Support billing collation and administrative processes.
  • Oversee Continuous Improvement and Health & Safety administration.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and highquality documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, productivity, and workflow.
  • Support staff with guidance, communication, and teamwork.
  • Promote and uphold Linfox values and safety culture.

Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills & experience

  • Year 12/13 education minimum; Certificate or Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory or warehouse role (3 years preferred).
  • Transitional Facility Experience preferred - AP or TFO
  • Strong knowledge of office administration and warehouse processes.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and influence outcomes.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
