As an Ethics and Independence Analyst you’ll provide expert guidance and practical support on a wide range of E&I matters – from navigating complex independence requirements to identifying and managing conflicts of interest. Your work will support our people in making the right decisions and ensure compliance with local and global policies. This is a 7 month fixed-term role working 37.5 hours per week. Responsibilities Provide guidance and timely responses to personal independence queries. Contribute to the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening compliance with independence policies. Provide support for key E&I processes, including compliance audits, confirmations, independence clearances, external roles, risk training, guidance resources, and maintenance of the Publicly Held Audit Client (PHAC) List. Act as a specialist in E&I systems. Execute System of Quality Management (SoQM) controls related to Relevant Ethical Requirements, as well as HR and technology controls associated with E&I. Qualifications You have previous administration, business support or customer service experience and feel comfortable liaising with stakeholders. You are proactive and eager to learn. You are a team player who can work effectively with others. You possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and have the ability to multitask.
