Occupational Therapist – Home Health The Home Health Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services in patients’ homes, supporting independence in daily activities through individualized care plans. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving the health and well‑being of those in their care. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist. Experience: Previous experience in home health or community‑based settings is preferred. Skills: Strong clinical competencies, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in developing therapeutic interventions suited to home environments. Work Environment Home Health Occupational Therapists primarily work in patients’ homes, enabling therapy tailored to familiar environments.
