We are looking for an innovative Senior Regulatory Product Manager to join our New Zealand based Regulatory team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with cross‑functional teams to manage all regulatory needs required to register and maintain a portfolio of active constituents and end‑use products to support Nufarm’s sales in NZ. Work on maintenance and defence activities for actives and products that align with key crops, and other products as required, defending or promoting products to prolong profitability. Represent the NZ Regulatory team internally and externally on matters related to key crops and regulatory science disciplines. Assemble, format and submit registration dossiers and other regulatory documents, negotiating favourable outcomes with regulators. Ensure product labels comply with legislative requirements and meet internal standards. Provide regulatory expertise to promote product line performance, enhance competitive position, ensure compliance with pesticide laws and promote stewardship. Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders that influence policies. Deliver timely registrations that grow the NZ target crop business. Qualifications This role requires a qualified and experienced technical or regulatory professional with a sound understanding of the agricultural industry and pesticide registration. Strong experience with ACVM and EPA is essential. The candidate should be analytical, compliance‑mindful, possess excellent business insight and have a track record of applying for and securing product registrations for new innovative chemistry or major label additions.
