The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Analyst – ANZ to join our Commercial Finance team, based in Penrose, Auckland . In this pivotal role, you’ll provide advanced pricing and revenue analytics to support profitable growth across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll deliver clear, actionable insights to commercial leaders, strengthen pricing governance, and help shape competitive market positioning through robust analysis, modelling and data integrity. This is a full‑time role ( 40 hours per week ) offering a base salary range of $140,000 – $150,000 . What You’ll Do Build a structured approach to competitive price tracking and market benchmarking Analyse market dynamics to identify pricing risks and revenue opportunities Deliver price/mix, elasticity and competitive positioning analysis to support commercial strategy Provide value‑based insights to guide rebates, discounts, incentives and customer/product profitability Monitor pricing compliance and elevate risks against established guardrails Maintain and govern the pricing data lake, ensuring accuracy, consistency and auditability Implement best‑practice pricing data creation, maintenance and validation processes Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Sales and Revenue & Pricing leaders to translate insights into actions Prepare and present pricing and profitability reports for senior stakeholders and steering committees Contribute analytical expertise to strategic pricing and cross‑functional projects What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data or a related field CA/CPA qualification strongly preferred 7+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance or a similar analytical role Experience working in SAP environments; BW AFO, SAP Analytics Cloud desirable Proven experience with price/mix, elasticity and competitive analysis Strong capability working with large, complex data sets Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics tools Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations High attention to detail, strong data governance mindset and stakeholder‑management capability Structured, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities Working @ James Hardie Stable growth at a global building products manufacturer Bonus scheme for all eligible employees Product discounts Paid Primary and Secondary Parental Leave with no minimum service requirements Annual Flu injections A robust rewards and recognition program International & domestic development and progression opportunities Access to thousands of free self-development modules via James Hardie University Employee Assistance Program access for you & your immediate family members It's Possible with James Hardie #J-18808-Ljbffr
