Sales Manager

Overview We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of BDMs and Account Managers across Auckland. This is an opportunity to step into a well-established business that has moved through a period of change and is now firmly focused on growth. You'll inherit a capable team with strong customer portfolios and genuine opportunities to lift performance through coaching, pipeline visibility and developing your people. This isn't a role where you'll compete with your team for sales. Instead, you'll lead from the front, spend time in the market alongside them, and create a culture of accountability, development and success.
